How is parking allocated? Is it included or does it need to be purchased separately?

Hi Jason, There is a parkade in this building that is owned by a separate entity. For a limited time, purchasers are provided a stall on the 30 year lease.
Thanks Brendan... does that mean there's some kind of ongoing cost for the parking stall? What happens when the lease expires?
