The Hive, a 3 building project in downtown Kamloops, is expected to proceed as planned with ground breaking within a month. Urban Systems is the anchor tenant of the first building in phase 1. Does anyone know of other committed tenants?

Even through this pandemic developers are still investing in Kamloops. This week Kamloops city council sent single-family, multi-family, and commercial development proposals to public hearings. Here is hoping we see more to keep our economy moving. The KTW article on the public hearing process and proposed developments.
